We were approached to develop a plot with an existing house within the Cotswolds, Conservation were keen to work with the team and insisted on a conservation approach with contemporary detailing. Our starting point had been from the point of the end user and therefore the sales value of the homes; provide unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside and the privacy of a sheltered courtyards for the indoor-outdoor living space to work effectively. Each home based around the same arrangement but with slight variations to maximise on the outlook and opportunities for each division.
